The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the corner where the tram stops, making it extremely convenient to explore the city easily. It was close to all the best places to visit, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The room we stayed in was cozy and beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and a unique style that made us feel at home. The staff provided excellent service, especially Michelle on reception, who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast served was a real treat, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.

We did notice that the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Great location, just a few stops away from the city center and close to public transportation. The hotel is situated in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The nearby restaurants and shops provide convenient options for dining and groceries. The studio apartment was well-equipped with a small kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. This was especially beneficial for my daughter who has dietary restrictions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and even had a lovely balcony overlooking a tranquil courtyard. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend purchasing a Berlin Card for easy access to transportation.

Staying at Ackselhaus was a good experience. Our room, themed as Beach, was spacious and beautifully decorated. We had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed with extra pillows, two TVs, a DVD player, and a fridge with a Nespresso machine. The highlight was the big bath and separate shower room, perfect for relaxation. We also enjoyed the view of the secluded courtyard from our room. The hotel's location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the main shopping area and with easy access to transportation and attractions. I would highly recommend Ackselhaus for a nice stay.

Great location near trams and Alexanderplatz. Trendy contemporary hotel with plenty of art and natural light. Helpful reception staff accommodated our late check-out request. Lovely neighborhood with cafes nearby. Would definitely return.

The breakfast options were delicious and the girl in the breakfast room was always welcoming.

The manager or owner seemed a bit distant and didn't engage much with the guests staying at the hotel.

The hotel had everything I needed - clean rooms, great facilities, and friendly staff. The location was perfect, close to tram stops and within walking distance of popular attractions. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had parking available.
